I just want to know if this has the timeshift feature so when I'm watching live TV I can pause the program and go to the bathroom then pick it up where I left off like TIVO.
Yes (with a small glitch which doesn't affect recordings). Read this. Keep in mind that X9S is almost identical to X10 (there are only physical differences).
