Feedback Screen resize cannot adjust vertical or horizon seperately

Hi,

Problem: There's about 1cm black strip in top and bottom of screen, cannot adjust to full-screen.

1) in Quick Setting -> Display -> Screen resize
2) if press <-> button, both vertical or horizon size will be enlarged. if press -><- button, both vertical or horizon size will be shrinked.
3) in my Philip 42 LCD TV, if I set left and right as full-screen, there's small black strip in top and bottom
4) cable swapped, no change. Is it HW fault of my box?
4) Why cannot adjust vertical or horizon seperately?? It can fix my problem easily if zidoo has this function.

I found setting in my TV is: Output Format -> WideScreen
Finally, fixed this problem by setting TV: Output Format -> Original
