There is a way to make it ‘constantly’ look at changes to your library. On the front screen, click ‘Music’ then follow the below… In the past, turning this setting on (Automatic updating sources) created some other issues when using the screen. I haven’t checked if those issues were fixed or not. Try it out - maybe it will work for you.
