Samba unstable

Hi,
I am using the X9S for 1 week now. I configured samba and transmission using a SATA 3.5" disk.
I applied both samba fix (template) and transmission fix (sleep 30)
Transmission is running smoothly but samba is only working time to times. Most of the time the openwrt share is visible in the network but can not be accessed.

In the system log I see this :

What could be the cause of this ? Is it why it works only some times ?

If you plug an other usb disk or thumbs all devices change ID, it maybe something like that.

 

Thanks Sarco, but no, I do not change anything in the config or in the drives connection.

 

You can try to reset openwrt (ya lost all config) but sometime help.

Ssh: rm -rf /overlay/*

 

If your Zidoo is set to sleep do not do that, on wake up it is a known problem.

 

Yes, generally it help few minutes, but not always.

 

I dont think it sleep, but how can I be sure ?

 

you hold the power button on remote. and select shutdown. not sleep
