Samba folder disappears - Solved

Hello,
I have a problem with openwrt-samba.
I'm able to configure it and use shared folder from other devices.
But when i turn off my x9s it loose shared folder i entered before and i need to reinsert it.
Someone has same problem?

my samba shared folder name always go back to default.
Mine doesn't even shows up on windows network, it is visible from my android phone though.

 

Yes these are known issues. We are waiting on an update to OpenWRT to fix these issues.

 

Yes, I had the same problem losing the config value on the Samba page. As a result, apps using the shared directory fail to work. Don't know how to restore it other than flashing the box.

 

SOLVED

You have to manually enter section in file
/etc/init.d/samba
After section 'homes'
Like this
SD]
path = /root/sd
read only = no
guest ok = yes
