Heat could become an issue with hard use. The heatsink inside is rather small and the board is not fully decoupled from the base, which is plastic, not metal, and lacks thermal dissipation. I haven't encountered any heat-related issues running 1080p videos for 4 hours, but one trick I used has proved effective, Add new feet to the box! The factory ones are very low, and there is almost no space underneath where the case vents are for air to circulate. But this is an effective solution:
