Rii i8 Keyboard and X6 pro

Does anyone have the idiots guide to get these two items to speak to each other?

The only keys that are working on keyboard are the arrows with the ok button in centre.

I've checked the language and input settings in the x6 box and they appear to be ok.

Anyone provide a step by step guide to get keyboard to work please?

Search for Rii i8 compatibility on google. This forum support Zidoo products not other products.

 

Thanks for the reply but I have already done that. I'm still searching for solution. I thought someone with same Zidoo box and Rii i8 mini keyboard might have helped out

 

try one new. that keyboard is 3 years old.

 

It is new, just received it yesterday and it is the updated version

 

Try another one, bluetooth or wireless. Wireless keyboard should work.

I have pni airfun one. Mine is working.

 

Mine Rii mini i8 works fine. It's an AZERTY (french) version.
It was delivered two days before my Zidoo X6. Therefore I have tested it on my windows PC and mac, the two times it was working perfect.
Maybe you should also test it on a computer.
