(resolved) The X9S restarts when a USB HDD is plugged in

    I have a problem, when I plug a USB 2.0 external hard drive into the X9S, it restarts when I click turn off.
    -> I press OFF on the remote control, the box turns off then turns on again.

    When I unplug the USB hard drive it turns off but does not turn on.

    Where is the problem ?

    Hello,
    I solved my problem, the external hard drive in USB 2.0 was not formatted correctly.
    I formatted it in GPT and since the X9S goes off without re-igniting.

    thank you, I wanted to know if the usb disks over 2tb works.
