Why everytime I start the H6 the first screen that I'm presented with is the remote control app? Then I have to press two times the ok to go to the main launcher....????? Thanx
I guess you tried to press the "return" and the "menu" button together for a few seconds while being very near the zidoo box? then does it tell you the remote is synchronized? or what does it tell you? is your bluetooth on in quick settings? try turn it off and on again and reboot while it is on and re-check...
If it's a hardware issue, the only thing that can be done is to replace either the remote and/or the box. If it's software/firmware, then Zidoo can correct. Anyone else having either no Bluetooth connection period or needing to re-establish a BT connection with each power on needs to speak up.
I have tested a new bluetooth keyboard today and for some reasons i made my original remote reconnect via bluetooth when it couldn't do that since reset factory meaning for you that it could be worth trying to connect different devices to awaken the BT connection... don't ask me why
