Remote Control not working ?

    Hi All
    Help needed please
    Just got my X6 Pro yesterday & the Remote control does not work on the box, any ideas ?
    Or is just faulty ?
    I connected a mini usb keyboard & that works fine

    Return and ask for refund ASAP. Never buy Zidoo products. Overpriced shit with no support.
