Ok, I have rooted it, but I go into super su there are no apps as I want to uninstall system apps.

I don't know because I uninstalled it and Google play service because I downloaded the Google play store tv apk which I didn't like so I tried to install the latest version of google play store but it said app won't install so I uninstalled them both and remove account but still won't install.
