Problem with external sub position in Hebrew

Hi
I have the 1.4.6 frimware and having problem with external sub.
The (.) (!) (?) shown in the begining of the sentence for example:

" ?Hi old are you"
.I 18 years old

In frimware 1.4.12 the problem fixed?

I mainlly using the Ziddo for plug flash drive and watch movies.

 

in zdmc or zidoo media center ?
