From time to time my remote BT control loses connection especially the OK button which not working at all I have to disconnect batteries and connect them again to make the remote and OK button to work properly. Second issue is that the mouse pointer its broken and not saw properly and completly Firmware is the latest one.
I too have problem with the BT connections on the remote and mouse, particularly I have to redo the pairing on the remote almost weekly. I taped off the H6 Pro front to prevent it from seeing the X9S IR remote, and bought the Q9 air mouse/keyboard for it and very happy with my setup.
