I have a Z9S and am having trouble logging into my NAS. It asks for my NAS log in and the password is already filled in but it incorrect. I can't seem to find anything on the visual keyboard on the screen to delete the password. The delete key on my remote does not seem to work to delete the old password and the delete key on the visual keyboard also does not delete the old password. Is there a special key on the remote or the visual keyboard that I could use to delete the old password. Thanks.
You could try disconnecting the drive by selecting "Logoff" from Mediacenter. Go to Mediacenter/SMB, highlight the NAS, press <right> and select "Logoff"
