Problem to add Google Account - no virtual Keyboard

    Good Morning,
    i'd like to add my Google accont on Zidoo X9s.
    I go to account > add account > but i don't see any virtual keyboard and so i can not enter my login credentials.

    Is this normal? How can I fix it?
