I shutdown a device with power button on remote. Then I tried to power on with the same button. But sometimes (2 of 4 times) the process of booting is stuck at zidoo logo. I have to unplug and plug again the device to power it on... Is there something I am doing wrong or there is a bug in system?
The only time that I have come across similar to this is when adding or removing a physical device but in my case it doesn't even switch on at all until I have removed the power and left it for a minute or two.
hi: do you make the system boot sdcard on this card? The H3 can boot from sdcard if you flash the card fireware.
I only boot from it when needing to flash a firmware and then format it in Windows for data storage in the X1.
BTW, I'm not booting from sdcard. I just updated ROM with latest version and that is it. I noticed two types of Zidoo logo durig the process of booting. First, just a still image and the second, after that, animated Zidoo logo. In my case the boot process is stuck at first, still image...
I flashed the box first from usb stick, then I put in one sdcard from old android box. Ok, i will try later to get out this card as everybody asuming that the problem is in the sdcard...
I tried now without microsd card. It is still stuck at zidoo logo. After unplug/plug it boots OK. So, it is not the problem in inserted microsd card. I have also inserted receiver from Measy remote airmouse. But this must not be a problem. I supose...
So, no reply from tech stuff about it? Is this a bug in software, hardware or what? Will it be solved? Or it is just my unit malformed?
I have a problem when I shutdown the device, the external HDD that connected to the device, does not shut down. Its led light not turn off.
If it stuck in zidoo log when booting, probably caused by low voltage. Therefor, u-disk and sdcard and external HDD could be a problem in sometimes. especially large capacity storage or broken u-disk.
