That sucks. Just checked and both ports are fine on my box. Must be a factory defect but that does happen from time to time. Had a matricom box where I had to open the box and nudge the port around a bit. Hopefully one of the Zidoo reps will see this and sort you out soon.
Hi Tanw, Firstly, sorry to hear that. Maybe the factory did a mass production, and leads to the differentiation of individual. We didn't have no actions, after know this situaiton. We've told the factory to pay more attention to the details when producing. We'd like to give our perfect products to users with our efforts. And we are trying our best to do better and better. And as we know, this is a new model, we will do it better with our technology. If you can try to fix it by yourself just with a soldering iron. We promise will not affect the warranty service. I've never used a soldering iron in my life so I'm certainly not going to start with something like this. Had I paid $60 for one of these, I'd be really annoyed. Given I only paid the $10 post, I'm just going to have to make do with the the other port.
