I’m new to Zidoo and donät have the techncial knowledge regarding this and would really need some help. I have now purchased a SATA hard drive and are about to format it in the Zidoo Z20 Pro internally. I have tried to search on the web after information about choosing Fat32 or NTFS (I am using Mac computers) I’ve read that FAT 32 on ly can manage files up to 4gb. Is this still the case? My files are larger than 4GB. Everyone is saying to use ExFat. But that is not an option you can choose in Zidoo internally. Do I have to format this via my Mac computer? Or is there a easier way? I don’t have the a connecter to my SATA drive. What is the best option for me!? Many thanks for taking the time!
