First post here and wanted to share this info because when I was looking around for a player I wasn’t able to find out if I could do this with Zidoo. So I took a chance and purchased a Zidoo Z10 (thanks Amazon - arrived today). And lo and behold, there is a feature that supports what I wanted!

The ability to play in sequence a series of .mkv, or mp4 files.

This means I can create a cinema-like experience with a playlist.
It is available in v2.3.10, and later versions.

The Release notes had this reference:
    Local player
    13. Add function to play in order

To set it up, you need to go to the "Quick Settings" and select the "Play in Order" option. Here is how to navigate to this option:
    Settings
    Playback
    Play Mode
    Play in Order

I then create a folder with the files I want to play back and prepend them with numbers like this (these are just example names):
    01 open.mkv
    02 policy.mkv
    03 trailer1.mkv
    04 trailer2.mkv
    05 cartoon.mkv
    06 feature.mkv

All I then do is open the Media Center, navigate to the folder I created, and start playing the first file - 01. Everything will then play back in order. Yay! :)
