Hi, has anyone ever experienced a pink screen as the screenshot shows below? When I queried this with Zidoo support they told me that the motherboard/main board needs replacing - but having read about the same issue on the internet there seems to be a common issue relating to HDMI handshaking - hope someone can help with this, thanks
