Openwrt and Bittorent

Hi,
I configured OpenWrt to add Samba and Bittorent service, I also set the config directory and download directory.
But in the transmission interface, the torrent never starts (always "Could not connect to tracker").
I logged in ssh to check a little and I think there is no DNS. (resolv.conf is empty) and ping or nslookup on a server name always answer :

Server: 127.0.0.1
Address 1: 127.0.0.1 localhost

nslookup: can't resolve 'www.google.com': Name or service not known

I checked on the forum and followed the fixes (add sleep 30 ..) but no luck.
Any help would be very welcome.

did you open the transmission port in router ? you have to do it by hand

 

Thanks, I will try. I never opened the port on my laptop or computer for transmission.
In will keep in touch.

 

Yah. On PC there a option that opens the port for you by default. Not working on openwrt.

 

Ok Great. I manually opened the port in my 2 chained routers and it works.
