Have full wifi connection but have no wired connection. Ip, both Dns, the subnet mask etc all zeros. Tried differ ports on router running the 1.0.39 version. Just got unit today
i'm assuming you also have a PC. have you tried to use that cable ? DHCP is on in router settings,that setting is responsable for assigning you an IP.
Ya it's on and tried Ethernet on a laptop and had neighbor bring over his mx3 box and connected right away. Even tried differ ports on router
