No sound when starting movies, restart receiver then works fine

I have a problem when starting movies. There is no audio signal to the receiver.
If I restart the power button for the receiver, the audio signal work fine.

Anyone with the same problem? Or know how to fix this

Its happening using all types of files.
No problem with MKV audio signal if I use Sony X800 4k Player

 

What kind of problem will occur when playing video?
What format is the audio? DTS5.1?

The sound is muted on start-up. The receiver says it get signal, but no sound
If I restart the receiver it will work fine. Power button off/on then signal is back as normal

It happen with both DTS and Dolby soundtrack.

 

Solved. Change audio setting from HDMI auto to raw. Then no mute issues
