Hi, I am new to Zidoo. Heard much about it so I finally drop the bomb. Unfortunately, my box when I enter the settings and go for the HDMI mode, there is no options for 4k. The highest option I can select is only up to 1080p60hz and that's all. Anyone know whats wrong? Oh btw, I am using a Z9S Zidoo.
If the 4K option isn't there on the Zidoo then the Zidoo thinks your TV isn't 4K capable. What TV is it? If it is a 4K TV there may be a setting to enable HDMI 2.0 (sometimes called enhanced mode or similar) on the HDMI ports.
Thanks. Got it sorted, turns out it was my HDMI splitter that does not help the long cable achieving 4K.
