Firmware 1.2.10 and earlier I am using the CEC power off function (smart link). If I shut down my TV the Zidoo Box will be switched off (standby I supose) too. That works fine. But.. If I access the Zidoo Box in my TV, the Zidoo box will wake up. There is now a 50 / 50 chance, that the HDMI delivers no signal (Message on my TV). You can see the time on the Zidoo box screen, but the Box do nothing. You have to switch it off with the power switch at the box and on again. Please fix this.
standby has always been a little bugy( still you are the first one that recport this bug ). If you hold down the power button and select turnoff as default. does the box still goes in standby from CEC ?
If I turn off with holding the power button, the Box is turned off. Accessing the Box via CEC out of my TV the Box starts normaly (On Screen of the box you see boot and hello). For testing I have enabled the deep sleep setting in the developers settings. Perhaps it would help to create a setting for shutdown / turnoff via CEC.
