No display output

    Hi guys ,

    Just got my X9s and very disappointed to see that it is not working with my new Samsung SUHD TV. When connected through HDMI I can see the boot screen then loses HDMI output.

    However , if I connect to an old Sony TV through HDMI it is working properly.

    Any idea what I can do to get it working on my new Samsung TV?

    Have you HDMI UHD Color actived ?
    For me (KS8000) in 2160p and UHD Color actived, the sound cut and the video not very clean. But it's work great in 1080p and UHD Color actived.
    Try to desactived this option, if you are enable.

    Thanks Mumakil will keep in mind. . for now looks like it worked once i changed from NTSC to PAL. If I have ny video playback problems will give your suggestion a try.
