hello ihave two problem with this media player 1st whe iconnect it to my denon pvr there is no picture until iset the hdmi resolution to 1080 24hz or other option but not auto if i select auto there will be no picture at all 2nd how ichange the text encoding in zidoo player because in some movies the arabic subtitle is not working well
you probably mean denon AVR . and unless you post a model number. No one can help you. Even then. I bet your problem is with the denon amp. and not with the box. So asking here has like 5% chance of getting a fix.

Zidoo player is made by zidoo. Still miss some "exotic" text encodes. To be honest. You should try zdmc. Posting the arabic text characters you have problems with may speed up getting a fix .
