New firmware 1.4.8 available by OTA

Less than 500Mb, something like 6 minutes to install.
This update does not erase the previous settings.

 

This come out about a week ago but was pulled off as such .

is the same ota as x9s, there was no pull off, zidoo hit's boxes with OTA in chunks, firs x9s, now x10, soon x8 will start to get this OTA.

 

Is this firmware recommended? @wesk05 told us that now there are color issues on video playback. I don't mind to wait for next version though.

 

The ones before this one had more issues, to be honest I don't see colour problems in video playback with the naked eye.

 

It is noticeable only if your TV has selectable quantization and X9S output is RGB/YCbCr Full. It is noticeable in Kodi with all modes.

Here are some screen captures under the different modes. When you scroll through the images, you will notice that Kodi/ZDMC YCbCr Full are "lighter" and the ZDMC RGB full one is "darker". ZDMC RGB/YCbCr Limited ones are OK.
