Hello, I'm having certain issues with my NEO X. The player sometimes boots or freezes, but that's a bit hard to record and document for an RMA. But i've noticed one thing that can be reproduced: When no cables are attached (including power cable) and i insert a connected HDMI cable, the network port and optical ports lights up.
