I own a Z9x and am on firmware v6.4.62. I had recently borrowed a combo of Fast X Blu-ray/4K UHD discs from a friend of mine and tried to rip them for my Z9x (with navigation menu). The Blu-ray playback is seamless with no issues at all but when it comes to 4K disc the navigation menu works only partially. The menu opens fine but play and bonus function buttons do not respond only chapters and setup buttons are active. I've tried ripping it a few times but every time the result remains the same. Could somebody please help me with a workaround? Thanks.
