I’ve noticed that selecting the audio menu in the Z2000 PRO (and I imagine other Zidoo devices too) brings up the available audio tracks but the titles don’t always accurately identify the number of channels or lossless options. For example, I’ve seen two entries for “DTS 5.1” in menus, but the Video information box shows that one is 8 channels (7.1?) and DTS-HD Master Audio, and the other is 6 channels and lossy DTS. Is it necessary to pull up the Video information for each disc to find accurate descriptions of audio tracks? Or is there a way to make the names in the menu more accurate? I don’t think they can be edited but perhaps there’s an easier way than what I’m doing to ensure I’m getting the audio track I want.
