My Zidoo is dead

After 15 days from purchase the unit is dead. I saw a movie in Kodi and suddenly take a black screen. The ligth is on but the zidoo no responce. I take out and puss again the power several times, but no luck .
Anyone has any idea about to what happend?

No the light never light on again, after the first try to pull out and insert in, nothing happends.
