my new zidoo 1000 pro and playing iso files is it even a thing

Hi gang! just set this up last night. Overall happy with it, except for blueray iso files. I am hoping I am doing something wrong.

1) NONE of my iso files were identified, ended up in the unidentified bin. When I try to identify them manually it finds the tv show (they are epiosodic iso with multiple eps in each) but it want a single episode number. Unlike my zappiti it will not let me select the episodes in it and will not add them to the tv menu as episodes.

2) If I use the file menu and brose to the iso on the nas it sees it and i can click on it. But there are no menus and it will not let me play the episodes after the first one. It acts like the iso is a single episode.

the isos in question work great on my zappiti down stairs. This zidoo is in my living room upstairs.
