i just bought a Mogo Hero Power game controller. I thought that it was compatible with the zidoo x9 with this being a default app in the games menu. It does not seem to be able to locate the controller but it has paired with the device on the system menu already. Any thoughts?

Sorry yes the Moga controller. It is the same as yours. I was able to connect with B but for some reason it could not connect to A. Did you use the Moga app to connect?
Now,I also can't control box and Play Games at the same time,You can connect A to play games in the game applications .
