1, install an app called 'Play Services Info' via play store. 2, run it and click on the first panel called 'Google Play Service has been installed'. 3, it'll link to the app page of 'google play service', and click Upgrade. 4, the newest version of google play service will be installed, and this error never show again for me. 5, enjoy.
After any reboot or shutdown the new versions get replaced by the older ones so the above solution cannot work.... We have to find a way to make the updates permanent.
