I have not been able to find the settings for Google Maps and other apps that query for a location to be able to get location from WiFi on the X9. One way to test this in Google Maps is to ask Maps for directions and to use "Your Location" as one of the stops on the itinerary--Maps just stalls, waiting for the location. I can fool Maps by using the DummyLocation app that makes Maps thinks that there is GPS location, but this does not work for other apps that apparently need to have the location input from WiFi. It does not matter which level of Location Services accuracy I choose. I have tried changing the DNS servers, clearing the cache of Google Play Services, and other potential solutions. Has anyone been able to get Location Services to work with WiFi?
