Kodi skin change

Hello everybody. Is there a way to change kodi skin ? I tried but prucedure failed.

 

Not possible in Zidoo Kodi, it's disabled in the latest firmware.
Also if you try to use a different skin on an earlier Zidoo Kodi, it will just give a black screen after video playback and you have to close Kodi, that's probably why they disabled it.
I hope a fix is found soon since there are lots of nice skins to personalise Kodi to your needs.

 

Can we download from play store the kodi to Zidoo, and test if we have all these issueses? (no skins, no subtitles addons, etc.)

 

In official Kodi all these things work but HD Audio, 3D, 23.976 fps video fix then don't work.

 

Thanks for your answer. But if we don't need HD Audio or 3D, can we install the official? or an .apk with new beta 16 of kodi?

 

Yes, video playback in official Kodi works very good and menus are faster because it plays videos at eg. 1080p/4k and can run the menus at 720p to speed things up whereas with Zidoo Kodi everything runs at the same resolution and when menus are bought up while a video is playing, everything will slow down for a second or 2.
If you need to install Zidoo Kodi again, go to /system/preinstall/ folder and install kodi.apk
