[Issue Resolved]

    I screwed up. I read that I can install a CR1220 battery in a Z10 Pro for the clock so I decided to try it. I remove all screws visible including the fan screws in the back. Now the fan is loose inside and I still cannot get the cover off. How can I remove the cover of Z10 Pro so that I can put everything back together?

    Found out how. Just had to open the drive bay and push the top cover.
