Hi there, I have got my Zidoo X9S for two weeks, I face a problem on running a Chinese Karaoke app (天籟K歌TV版2.0.2). The app should allow user to download songs and play the Music video either with original vocal or pure music. On X9S, the app play the MV without any sound (vocal or music). But this app is running fine on another TV box (like HiMedia HD600A). Looking into the Music folder of the app, there are 3 types of files for each song xxxxxx_0.m4a <- audio file (music) xxxxxx_1.m4a <- audio file (vocal) xxxxxx_2.trc <- lyric file xxxxxx_3.MP4 <- video without sound I believe that the Zidoo X9S should be able to play these files. What's the problem caused the app cannot play the m4a files when mp4 is running? Firmware issue?
