With 2 GB of RAM may be not important, but is the Android OS 5.1.1 you (Zidoo) have build for X6 pro a 32 bit or a 64 bit OS? Looking inside /system/build.prop we can see: Code: # begin build properties # autogenerated by buildinfo.sh ro.build.id=LMY48G ro.build.display.id=rk3368_box-userdebug 5.1.1 LMY48G eng.xiaoweihua.20151230.161821 test-keys ro.build.version.incremental=eng.xiaoweihua.20151230.161821 ro.build.version.sdk=22 ro.build.version.codename=REL ro.build.version.all_codenames=REL ro.build.version.release=5.1.1 ro.build.date=2015年 12月 30日 星期三 16:19:29 CST ro.build.date.utc=1451463569 ro.build.type=userdebug ro.build.user=xiaoweihua ro.build.host=Zidoobeta ro.build.tags=test-keys ro.build.flavor=rk3368_box-userdebug ro.product.model=ZIDOO_X6 Pro ro.product.brand=Android ro.product.name=rk3368_box ro.product.device=rk3368_box ro.product.board=rk30sdk # ro.product.cpu.abi and ro.product.cpu.abi2 are obsolete, # use ro.product.cpu.abilist instead. ro.product.cpu.abi=armeabi-v7a ro.product.cpu.abi2=armeabi ro.product.cpu.abilist=armeabi-v7a,armeabi ro.product.cpu.abilist32=armeabi-v7a,armeabi ro.product.cpu.abilist64= ro.product.manufacturer=rockchip ro.product.locale.language=en ro.product.locale.region=US ro.wifi.channels= ro.board.platform=rk3368 # ro.build.product is obsolete; use ro.product.device ro.build.product=rk3368_box # Do not try to parse description, fingerprint, or thumbprint ro.build.description=rk3368_box-userdebug 5.1.1 LMY48G eng.xiaoweihua.20151230.161821 test-keys ro.build.fingerprint=Android/rk3368_box/rk3368_box:5.1.1/LMY48G/xiaoweihua12301619:userdebug/test-keys ro.build.characteristics=tablet # end build properties then, ro.product.cpu.abi=armeabi-v7a ro.product.cpu.abi2=armeabi ro.product.cpu.abilist=armeabi-v7a,armeabi ro.product.cpu.abilist32=armeabi-v7a,armeabi ro.product.cpu.abilist64= seems a 32 bit one. Is your current OS able to really take advantage from the ARMv8 architecture of RK3368? Or I'm wrong? I'm not an OS developer...
in internet advertizing: "ZIDOO X6 Pro Powered by Cortex-A53 Rockchip 3368 Octa-core CPU, into 64-bit era,Because of 64-bit CPU,address space can be up to 64GB processing speed and width are double too.64-bit can dramatically affect the OS application and the whole industrial structure."
OK, thanks alot for your clarification (are you a Zidoo developer o beta tester ?) So, when someone (may be myself!) will be able to install Xposed, which version will be the right one? 32 bit (ARM) or 64 bit (ARM64) ? TIA! P.S. seems that no one is still able to do it on any RK3368 device... It's a pity!
You need to install the 32-bit one. There are several TWRP RK3368 recoveries already posted on the internet and one in Zidoo X6 forums by me. But as soon as you flash Xposed and restart your device, you just get a black screen and it's unbootable.
TNX! No success to install TWRP at all... Maybe I'm too dumb... Exactly... I've used Flashfire, same result... But, who knows, in the future? TNX again!
