Hello, I would like streaming music through SPDIF to my Harman audio amplifier, but Optical audio out not work without a connected HDMI, if I turn off the TV, the sound is cut off. Anyone knows the solution? Regards, Pepek ( Zidoo X8 )
strange problem, as mine work's trough spdif with TV off, make sure any form of CEC is disabled ( in box settings and in tv settings )
Thank you for your answer Yes, CEC I have disabled (The TV not have CEC- old model) If I just unplug the HDMI plug, zido cut adio from SPDIF output, if I plug in HDMI (TV must be ON), the sound immediately comes back. I tried all the settings (I am IT specialist) and did not work. Can only my Zido have it? Can someone check your plaer?
