illegal authorization zidoo X8

I bought a new zidoo x8, turned it on and immediately began to receive a pop-up window with a message - "Illegal Authorized 1002"
what should I do?

I had the same issue and I followed the recovery to 1.2.6 and re-updated to version 2

All good now

Ask zidoo for turning your box back on, they can do it remotely.
You do not own the box, you just rent it.
