i302 error when trying to watch streamingservice Videloland

Hi all, in Holland we have Videoland. Kind of Dutch version of Netflix. When I try to watch movies I get i302 message. Something about alternative videoplayer. I switched the player already in the Settings of Zidoo but same error. Friend of my has a Venz V12 and Videoland works for him. Any ideas?

 

Have you contacted that provider and asked if they allow that Box to get their service?

 

No I didn't. On my other TV box it works and Netflix works on the Zidoo thats why I thought it would work. I even think IT played at previous versions. Thanks for the tip.
