no. just the discussion was about write permission on storage. witch may include xposed. i'd say do a reset. if that does not work. try a reflash
thankyou so much for posting this. I couldn't believe they would release the X10 which is a device aimed at using an internal HDD and not overcome the stupid android permission issues from writing to internal SD(HDD) your steps worked perfectly.
