how do i remove ZDMC from zidoo? here is a image of it

hi i see a big ZDMC Kodi image but how do i remove ZDMC kodi and i want the normal kodi version from kodi.tv is it possible to remove ZDMC and put kodi on that side? zo the Big ZDMC i wanna change into Kodi logo i saw alot of video that people have the kodi logo there instead of the ZDMC/Kodi but im new to this dont know how to change that.

 

you can remove the AKP if you root the device. but i don't think you can remove the zdmc icon from launcher. They are working on a update for launcher tho. so you shuld be able to do that soon

in older firmwares i did a testing to delete zdmc and with NO root?!?

 

test with no root first. older firmware had root from the start. ( mine did )

Why do youw ant tor emove ZDMC and use Kodi?
Kodi didn't integrate hardware optimaztion for Realtek that ZDMC has.

I sugegsto (if you don't want a slow play) to use ZDMC.

 

i dont have a slow play on kodi my internet is 200mb connection wired because i use retromania skin build with all the rom emulators and when using zdmc in Es file explorer pro i dont see the things from retromania build like i do in kodi i see all the files also the install me to install all the roms can i use an mxq launcher on zidoo android?

 

il check where that is and try it so if i remove the APK i wil be able to put another icon where ZDMC is?

 

if you want to use SPMC - a KODI derivat - you can install it parallel to ZDMC

I believe that you Probably didn't know this argiument. I told a dfferent things.
The playing (locally or via external internet connection) with standard Kodi/XBMC is not harwdare optimzed for Realtek because Kodi/XBMC/SPMC are ONLY optimized for Amlogic chip. Not for Realtek chip.
The only harwdare optimization for Realytek chip are made by product manufacturer (like Zidoo with ZDMC).,
then it's a non-sense to use a not harwdare (driver) optimzed Kodi/SPMC then standard harwdare optimized ZDMC.

but you still canNOT KODI run parallel to ZDMC
but you CAN SPMC run parallel to ZDMC

so the user can let ZDMC install and will get the possibilities of KODI in parallel use - oki?

 

ye i had to completly uninstaly zdmc to instal Kodi i did that til they find a solution to instal kodi When ZDMC is also installed because you can not have both installed at the same time its or ZDMC or kodi

Only ZDMC use harwdare optimzied driver.
Which is the sense of use Kodi/SPMC that is not harwdare optimized for Realtek?
Which are the benefits to use Kodi/SPMC to lose performce/harwdare optinziation of ZDMC?

 

again - you can let ZDMC installed and use SPMC parallel - as i do

ZDMC is not using some of the addons in the right way and for those you do not need the optimized driver
a lot of people have both installed as i told them and they are very happy with this

maybe it has no sense for you but for some it has

because of this i insist again and again zidoo to put ZDMC in an own file system as i explained them very exact in another thread
so we can use a native KODI and do not have to use SPMC only because we cannot use parallel ZDMC and KODI

how i instal both i tryed that when i erased the device im new to zidoo befor i had mxq box now i have zidoo x6 pro what do u mean by parrelel

 

you only have to install SPMC - thats it
i did a backup in ZDMC and brout the data to SPMC and run ...

thnx where is ZDMC installed where can i find it in es file explorer pro i checked hidden files but i cant figure out where ZDMC is in es file explorer

 

also i tryed the new version of SPMC when i just start it says failed web server is that normal? i also think SPMC is faster with updates while Kodi is on 16.1 SPMC is on 16.3.0
