I want to play videos from the browser or other apps through ht4 for the media info and full playback support, but whenever I try to open the video I get a "can't play file" message and ht4 exits Or the video seems to start playing but gets stuck immediately and the loading circle gets stuck and the video doesn't play What can I do to resolve this?
