Home Theater putting an episode from season 2 into season 1 every time I rescan my library

As the title states, it doesn't matter if I manually match it. When I rescan my library, episode 5 of season 2 always shows up in season 1. And I see 5-1 & 5-2. I tried renaming it and it still happens. Does anyone have any ideas? Has anyone had similar issues?

 

I would rematch all episodes in your season 2 folder as a starting off point. Maybe rematch all eps in Season 1 as well. Keep the names of the episode to name of film (possibly the year if there were diffent remakes ) and then file type suffix. For tv the same just the name followed by say S01E01 etc.

 

Thank you sir. I will give that a try. This is an anime series so I assume it's just some wonkiness that is inherant in trying to correctly set up anime in your library.
