hevc fiels

hi i have the x9s box with the 1.2.6 firmware.

whe i try to play 1080p hevc fiels i get stuttering video and sound.

what can i do? is a setting problem?

we need a video sample

 

Set your box output manually to:
1920*1080 24hz or 3840*2160 24hz. Don't choose auto.
Color space set to Auto.
Deep color should be fine on auto.

Turn OFF enable 24hz playback for 1080p 24hz.

(make sure all the options are set the same in developer options).
Now try it and let me know.

it seem like the picture go faster then the sound and the video is still stuttering.

is there any thing else i can do?

we still need a link with the video. hevc 1080p plays just fine for me.

 

could you give the sample video file?
