Is HEVC 10 bit movie a HDR movie?
I have some, but they dont turn on HDR on my TV. The sample files for HDR are working fine, on the file information it says that there are HEVC coded 10 bit files.

HEVC and HDR are two completely independent technologies.
So a HEVC 10bit encoded file may contain a HDR video, but is not an equivalence.

I just thought that 10 bit may stand for HDR...

You can do some googling around looking for those terms (HEVC , 10bit, HDR, etc...) and you'll find many interesting explanations about and relations between.
When you know (a little sometimes is enough) you understand a lot of things in this complicated world of video, and also recognize who speaks with competence and who not.
Instead, who ask because don't know is already welcome (except very lazy ones! ;) )
    My 3 cents (2 aren't enough)

HDR can be 12 bit also (ala DV).
