For some reason the weather app/gadget stopped working on my X9S. If I click the weather icon on the Home Screen it opens the weather app but asks me to enter a city, when I try to enter any city it doesn't accept it like the submit button is broke, no city is valid and they don't auto populate when I start typing. I also noticed that the help app wont load any help files, the app will open but then says "failed to load" I successfully updated to the latest firmware but it didn't fix either of the issues? Is there a way to either reload the weather gadget or remove it? I don'y want a broken gadget/app on my home page, and since its not a standard shortcut it cannot be removed the traditional way. thank you
Install this weather app,it should work. If it still does not work, you have the app permissions turned off. You must enable them in the application settings.
I think your right Szefo, I did disable some apps while back when I was troubleshooting, I may left weather disabled. Either way the app should fix it if its not it. thank you.
